Returns
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we're here to assist you with returns or exchanges.
You have a window of 14 days from the date of product receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that returned items must be in a resellable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Currently, we do not offer pre-paid return labels. As such, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the client. We do not offer refunds for orders that are refused due to unpaid customs fees.We kindly ask that you use a tracked shipping service for your return, as the item remains in your care until it reaches our facilities. This ensures transparency and security throughout the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
